Return Eligibility
We accept returns or offer replacements only in the following cases:

Damaged items on arrival

Incorrect product received

Missing components in the kit
If your situation matches any of the above, we’ll happily assist you with a return, refund, or replacement—based on the case.
Timeframe
You must raise a return or replacement request within 3 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for processing.
How to Request a Return/Replacement

Contact us via WhatsApp or Email.

Provide your Order ID and a clear photo/video of the issue.

Our support team will verify and guide you through the next steps.
Resolution Options

Once approved, we’ll offer one of the following:

Replacement of the product (at no extra charge)

Refund (if the item is out of stock or undeliverable)

Partial refund (for minor issues)
Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

If the product has been used or altered

Damage caused due to mishandling after delivery

Requests made after 3 days of delivery

Change of mind or dislike of the activity after use
Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

It will be processed within 5–7 business days

Amount will be credited to your original payment method
